In the morning, after breakfast we will move to the beautiful community of Cuper Bajo. We have been working with this community since 2018 and we are very proud of everything that volunteers like you have achieved. You will have time to settle in one of the typical Peruvian cabins where you will be sleeping for the next few days.

At the end of breakfast, we will head towards Potrero, Guanacaste. Here we will settle into our accommodation and receive an introduction to the activities we will be carrying out during the week.

Days of volunteering, you will explore the paradisiacal Costa Rica while generating positive social impact in an educational center. You will participate in activities that promote the development of children from vulnerable communities in the area and you will be able to learn a lot about environmental and marine conservation. Key Activities Recreational workshops for children Sports, art and dance workshops Leadership and self-esteem dynamics Reforestation (depending on the season) Beach cleaning (depending on the season) Recycling and environmental care workshops.

After a few days of volunteering and social activities, you will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy the country's beautiful beaches. You will have the freedom to tour the entire Guanacaste Coast with your group. There are more than 6 beaches very close to each other but we recommend 2: Conchal and Tamarindo. The former is recognized for its sand made up of thousands of white shells and clear waters, while Tamarindo is famous for its surf waves and good partying. Seize the day and get ready to start your adventure.

The time has come to move to the paradisiacal Manuel Antonio. After breakfast we will take the road towards this area of the country. Upon arrival we will settle into the hostel and go out to see the beautiful beaches of the destination. At night we can go out to dinner and enjoy the nightlife.

Manuel Antonio National Park is one of the most important in the entire country, it has an incredible combination of tropical jungle, beaches and coral reefs. These beaches are beautiful and are surrounded by jungle where sloths, toucans, iguanas, squirrel monkeys, millions of colorful crabs and much more live. We will take a 2km walk inside the park making several important stops until we reach Playa Escondida and enjoy the sea.

Meals Breakfast

Get ready to discover the real jungle of Costa Rica! We will pick you and the entire group up to travel to La Fortuna, the place with the most extreme and outdoor activities in the entire Central American jungle. After settling in at the hostel we will have time to go explore the center of La Fortuna, have a nice view of the Arenal Volcano and go out to dinner with the group.

After having our breakfast in the morning, we will go to a resort near La Fortuna, here there will be a preparation talk where the guide will demonstrate the movement and safety techniques for the zip lines. You will climb the platforms located in the trees with a total of 12 zip line cables, we will travel almost 3 kilometers into the jungle with impressive views. At the end of the canopy tour, you will be able to enjoy the Hotel facilities, which have 5 thermal water pools, 2 large regular water pools, 3 slides and much more.

Ready for the adrenaline? You will enjoy an ATV adventure (single or double) where you will take a ride along the slopes of the Arenal Volcano and walk to a volcanic stone viewpoint to enjoy the view. You will visit an indigenous community in the area and they will explain to you about their customs and traditions. At the end, we will move to the famous La Fortuna Waterfall where you can swim in the waters of the Waterfall and relax in the river.

After breakfast, we will have the day free to continue exploring La Fortuna. This is a destination with many options for activities and we recommend some of the following: Rapids along the Balsas River, Hiking through the Arenal Volcano, Kayaking on Lake Arena, or the Chocolate Tour through the jungle. At the end of the day we will have dinner together and enjoy our last night in this beautiful town.

You will have the morning available to go cool off in the sea, visit the souvenir shops or walk around Manuel Antonio. Starting at 4:00 pm we will pick you up to take you to the hostel in Alajuela. After settling in at the hostel we will go to dinner to enjoy our last night of the trip.
